Whether that's going to a group Vinyasa Yoga or Pilates class or a bespoke 1:1/personal training session, Nicola will work with you to understand what you would like from your sessions. With a non-dogmatic approach to Yoga, Pilates, fitness, and mindfulness, Nicola London Movement strives to create a safe space for people of all body types, ages, and abilities to enjoy and explore their personal movement potential.
